Who Needs Coaching?
In my, admittedly biased, opinion everyone can benefit from Coaching.
If you recognize yourself here you could probably use some Coaching support round about now.
- I am not realizing my potential.
- I am stressed out and often feel overwhelmed.
- Life is great but it could always be better. (Hint. If you feel this way then you don’t need to seek coaching to find out how to make your life better, you need to be coached to determine why you are dissatisfied with where you are right now).
- I want to change careers.
- I procrastinate.
- I inspire others but don’t feel inspired myself.
- I need start-up business support and consultation.
- I’m stuck and I don’t know how to get unstuck.
- I have an important decision to make and I don’t trust myself to make the right one.
- I feel like a fraud.
- I want more.
- I’m not (pick one) good/smart/thin/successful enough.
- I start a lot of projects with enthusiasm but I run out of steam before I finish them. (Hint. Commitment is what’s left when enthusiasm takes a hike).
- I can’t find someone to share my life with and I’m afraid I’ll end up alone.
- I did find someone to share my life with and I wish I could end up alone. (I want out of my relationship but I can’t even take the first step).
- I find myself getting crankier and more judgmental as time goes on.
- I want to leave my mark in the world. I have so much of value to offer.
- I’m shy and I’m competing with assertive people at work.
- I got what I wanted. Now what?
- I forgot to put myself on my “To Do: list.
- I feel there is something more to life.
